Customer service is severely lacking, hard to get ahold of and rude. Basic security is a bad joke. Most lighting is broken. Security system is broken right before a break in??? In my opinion there are more reputable storage providers in the area. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
Friendly service. Clean storage. Security lights to all around. No problems, very safe.
They are quick at answering the phone and the storage units are very clean
I have a unit with them and i dont have any problems at all. Everytime i call them they answer the phone and if i ever have a problem they fix it right away
This is really crazy... I just read some of the reviews and discovered that these same units were broken into a few years ago. They were again broken into a few months ago. SEVERAL of the units. Like the last time... the "security" system was broken. So myself and the other tenants were suppose to file any damaged or stolen property on OUR home owners insurance.... Am I wrong for finding this odd?
