The people were nice, but it was not an enjoyable experience at all! My one year old was in a high chair at the end of the table and my four year old was sitting in the booth at the end seat. The waitress put the knife down within reach of my baby and within reach of my 4 year old. She then brought hot food and laid it down right in front of my baby. I moved it out of the way, expressing that hot food could hurt my baby. She put a second plate of hot food in the same place. I barely got the 2 plates out of my baby's reach before he could grab them. On top of that my grits were well done and dry. My eggs were ordered slightly runny and came out well overdone. The bacon was burnt in all our orders. Also, there was no changing table in the bathroom. I wouldn't go back there again.
Can't beat the prices, we always get the covered ,smothered, everything on it hash browns ( we get tripled and we leave with left overs , our 5 yr old son gets waffles with bacon he loves them.
Food was good. But this was the first time ever that a server did not do their job 100%. The server dropped off the check along with our food. She did not come back and ask if we was doing ok or if we needed anything else to drink. Which we all did. And it wasnt packed so there was no excuse for her not to come check on us. She filled up other people's drinks or coffee but not ours. The check should have been givin toward the end of us eating not when our food was brought to us. But just because we had a bad server doesn't mean that someone else will.
Ordered food. Was brought wrong toast and sausage was missing. Had to wait longer for rest of my meal as grits and eggs got cold. Was asked if i wanted more coffee and told her i wanted rest of my food also. Then she went and got rest of food but forgot to bring more coffee. Just a disappointing experience. Next time i will go a little further down the road to the next Waffle House.
