LIAR...I TOLD HER THAT I WILL PICK UP THE PKG MYSELF. HER ACCENT WAS SO THICK, IT WAS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND (LISTEN TO TAPE) SHE SAID I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL LATE IN THE DAY TO PICK IT UP BUT THE NOTICE, YOUR UPS NOTICE, SAID IT WOULD BE READY AFTER 1 IN THE AFTERNOON. COME ON GUYS. REALLY?
Some of the most professional and pleasant delivery drivers I've ever dealt with. I've never had a problem with this facility or my package deliveries.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. PACKAGE DELAYS, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, AND EVERY TIME YOU TALK TO SOMEONE YOU GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER TO THE SAME QUESTION. WE HAVE EMPLOYEES THAT DID NOT RECEIVE THEIR PAY CHECKS BECAUSE OF UPS! THEY JUST LOOSE PACKAGES AND DELAY SHIPMENTS AND THEN JUST WANT TO OFFER A REFUND! THAT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH IN THESE TYPES OF SITUATIONS! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Not much. Usually I have no problem with ups. This guy left a note on my gate with the words RAIN? DOG? GATE?. HE LEFT THE NOTE ON THE GATE IN THE RAIN... I HEARD THE TRUCK AND WENT OUTSIDE. OUR HOUSE IS SET WAY BACK OFF THE ROAD. YES I HAVE A GATE A DOG AND IT WAS RAINING SO..... THEN I CALLED UPS SOME WOMAN WITH A RIDICULOUSLY THICK ACCENT SAID THE DRIVER SAID NO ONE WAS HOME
I have been home all day and haven’t received a knock on my door, a note, and I haven’t even seen a ups truck but on the tracking device it says that my package has been delivered to my house. I need answers because I need that package ASAP!!! A note on the door would’ve been nice
