Definitely a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. I have stayed here many times over the last 6 weeks and have not had a problem. The hotel is within walking distance to Walmart, shops and restaurants.
Found ourselves stranded in Chipley due to Hurricane Irma. Stayed several nights here. It was a great experience. For the price I couldn't have asked for a better room! Very clean and comfortable! I would stay again and recommend!

Room is not worth the price even with a discount. The first room was extremely hot and bed unmade. Asked for a room change only to be given an even worse room with dead bugs lying around, bathroom dirty, and refrigerator nasty and broken. Asked for the first room back and the next day saw more bugs and roaches. The ironing board didn't work and was rusted. The iron itself would leak water on your clothes and frequently turned completely off while you were ironing. The front desk staff were great and attempted to help with the issues we had. They were the only good thing about the hotel. All in all, will not be booking this hotel again.
Prices are incredibly reasonable. The employeess will assist you in getting into your room if needed. They will work with customers that require late check in or late check out.
No, it is not the Ritz or the Marriott. But it makes you feel at home and you will enjoy your stay!!
Put me in a smoking room without asking me. Second room, a roach came out from beneath the bed. In the shower there was about a four in black looking mildew, and cobwebs all over one of the wall lamps, and it was not anchored to the wall very well. An end table lamp did not work, neither did the last first or second phone. The two chairs in the room we're highly worn. I asked if the rooms were all nice like the red roof inn in Tallahassee and the man said yes, everything was nice like the picture that was on a screen behind him, on the wall. The setup and furnishings we're not similar, only the bed and floor.
Utanna, the lady at the front desk is a sweetheart!!! The rooms are clean. The bed is firm. Lots of pillows. Just wish the towels were at least bath size. They are not much bigger than a hand towel. Other than that, great price, great room. Stay here.
