This place is a joke. Came in stood at counter for five mins and got skipped then I was told there wasn't time left in the day to cut my hair.
I have always used SmartStyle and have been happy with service and given several good reviews of hairstylist to the company. Today I am done. I was told 20-30 minutes and after 1 hour 15 minutes I walked out. The problem is that two of the workers can't talk and work. The manager was doing most of the haircuts.
I go there every 2 months Bit, it my stylist and she is awesome, my hair always looks Great!!!
If the manager isn't there, no one wants to work. The two women there literally denied me service, stating there wasn't enough time to complete my request. It was three and a half hours before the store closed. I had to go to Marianna. Do not bother going here.
