No paper towels, 1 stall out of order, no soap in any dispenser, toilet paper holder empty, probably because it is laying on the floor. It is now 3:32 pm and the last time somebody signed the cleaning sheet was 7:30 am.( that was someone named Lisa) I am so glad I didnt buy anything from there or the Burger King inside. Obviously nobody has washed their hands. If it's a staffing shortage, shame on you Applefields.
Worst place! To expensive and rude manager. Not clean at all. Filthy no paper towel or toilet paper in restroom. Smelled really bad! And outside parking lot was filthy and overrun by full garbage can stink. I would never stop here again!

Expensive, Dirty, and bad entry. The pump had a broken safety seal dated 6 months ago. Recommend cash only.
