My husband inqired if a particular tray of donuts were 'cake' or 'raised'. Not only the woman not know, she rudely said "I don't MAKE the donuts, Mister!" My husband then asked if there were someone who would know? She went in the back to get someone. The person who came from the back was equally rude. This was the Dunkin Donuts in Chiptley, Florida. Needless to say not only will we never go to that Dunkin Donuts, we probably will skip that exit entirely. There are too many wonderful, polite people in the world to put up with such rudeness.
My daughter and I are early morning drive-thru regulars here and we always have a great experience! James and his staff are always friendly and take their time to ensure we get the best service no matter how long the line behind us may be. The military discount is also appreciated and the guys here never hesitate to make sure mine is added on for me when I ask. Overall this is by far the best Dunkin Donuts we have ever been to.
Very courteous and friendly. Store was very clean. I would definitely recommend stopping in.
Manager on duty at the time was unacceptable. And the foul language the woman in the back had about "birth control" and "wrapping it" was NOT work appropriate. We were coming weekly for nice fresh coffee and an outing. And I can assure our visit will not hurt your pocket. However, our review stands of the filth you have working there. Yhe survey was a waste of our time. Sincerely, your still dissatisfied customer!!!
